MatterOfStats 2016 : Team Dashboard for Round 1

If you're new to MoS and this is the first Team Dashboard you're reading, you might want to check out this post from 2011, which explains what was was in the original Dashboard, as well as this post from later in that same year, which explains the Win Production Function that I added to the Dashboard a little later. 

Since we've had just the one round, there's not a lot to talk about from the Dashboard, so I'll limit myself to noting that only three teams are yet to lose a quarter (Gold Coast, Sydney and West Coast) and only three teams, their opponents, are yet to win a quarter (Essendon, Collingwood and Brisbane Lions).

The top 12 teams on the competition ladder all now have percentages over 100, and the team with the 7th-best of those percentages, Collingwood, now sits in 11th. Small wonder then that the MoS Win Production Function has 8 teams as having won or lost at least one game more or one game fewer than they "should" have (15 teams if we round up half games and over.)
