MatterOfStats 2017 : Team Dashboard for Round 6

At six rounds into the season, it's a reasonable time to compare each team's ranking on Dashboard metrics to their competition ladder positions.

In doing that, we find:

  • Adelaide (1st on the ladder) is: 18th on Opponents' Conversion Rate and 14th on Q1 performances
  • GWS (2nd on the ladder) is: 7th on Opponents' Scoring Shot Production, 10th on Own Conversion Rate, 13th on Q2 performances, and 10th on Q3 performances
  • Geelong (3rd on the ladder) is: 12th on Opponents' Scoring Shot Production, and 14th on Q3 performances
  • Richmond (4th on the ladder) is: 12th on Own Conversion Rate, 12th on Q2 performances, and 15th on Q3 performances
  • Port Adelaide (5th on the ladder) is: 2nd to 6th on every metric
  • West Coast (6th on the ladder) is: 12th on Q1 performances
  • Western Bulldogs (7th on the ladder) is: 17th on Own Conversion Rate, and 17th on Q1 performances
