For yet another week, six of the seven early-week favourites, but this time Bookie Knows Best, ENS_Linear, MARS_Marg and the MoS twins all recorded that score, bettered only by the still-last-placed Home Sweet Home.

That all meant that Bookie Knows Best and ENS_Linear retained their three tip lead over the field. They are now on 102.5 from 135 (76%) with MARS_Marg now in outright 3rd and back on 99.5.

The all-Tipster average score came in at 5.8 from 7, taking the season-long figure to 95.9 from 135 (71%).

Margin prediction was, on average, a little harder this week, with mean absolute errors (MAEs) ranging from Bookie_9’s best of 18.9 points per game to MoSHBODS_Marg’s worst of 21.7 points per game.

With that top-of-the-table performance, Bookie_9 of course still heads the Leaderboard, and now by just over five goals from Bookie_LPSO and Bookie_Hcap, who are separated by only 0.4 points. MoSHPlay_Marg remains in last place, now more than 32 goals behind the leader.

The all-Predictor average for the round was 20.6 points per game, which took the season-long figure to 25.5 points per game.

Log probability scores were all very positive and very similar this week, with the best from Bookie_LPSO and the worst from Bookie_OE. Bookie_LPSO still holds top spot on the Leaderboard, with MoSHBODS_Prob still in second, and Bookie_RE in third. MARS_Prob remains in last place.

WAGERING

Wagering was relatively quiet again this week, with profits from the Head-to-Head and Overs/Unders Fund unable to overcome the loss from the Line Fund. On the bright side, all three Funds are now in profit for the season.
