WoSHBODS is forecasting five home team wins and four away wins again this week, with just one of the home team favourites (Port Adelaide) actually an underdog with the TAB.

The distribution of WoSHBODS expected margins is as follows:

• Under 2 goals: 4 games

• From 2 to under 4 goals: 3 games

• Over 4 goals: 2 games

The average expected absolute margin is 18 points per game according to WoSHBODS, and 16.4 points per game according to the bookmakers.

A little less action this week and a little more skewed to underdogs.

The table at right documents the usual differences between what I’ve eventually secured versus what I wanted when I first saw the markets

Overall, Investors have a head-to-head interest in seven games, and a line market interest in seven also, with the head-to-head bets on five underdogs and two favourites (according to the markets), and the line bets on four favourites and three underdogs.

The head-to-head bets total just under 11% of the original Head-to-Head Fund, and the line bets 10% of the Line Fund.

In total, then, just over 9% of the entire Combined Portfolio is at risk.
