The bookmakers are, again, expecting considerably lower scores in the two finals this week than is MoSHBODS.

MoSHBODS fancied overs in both games this week, but was vetoed (again!) by the TGTBT rule in the second.

PREVIOUS WEEK

Last week was another excellent one for MoSHBODS - again made less so by the veto rules - and saw it take mean absolute error (MAE) honours for all four metrics. That allowed it to take the season-long lead on Home Team Scores to go with its existing lead on Game Margins. The TAB retains the lead on Game Totals, and Sportsbet the lead on Away Team Scores.

The leads in each race are now as follows:

Game Margins: MoSHBODS 10 points ahead of the TAB and 12 points ahead of Sportsbet
Home Team Scores: MoSHBODS 7 points ahead of the TAB and 19 points ahead of Sportsbet
Away Team Scores: Sportsbet 8 points ahead of the TAB, and 99 points ahead of MoSHBODS
Game Totals: TAB 7 points ahead of Sportsbet, and 233 points ahead of MoSHBODS

Wagering and Game-by-Game Performance

There was only a single bets last weekend, a successful overs wager with the TAB. That left MoSHBODS at 26 and 21 against the TAB and 13 and 10 against Sportsbet.

Overall, MoSHBODS was on the right side of the TAB and Sportsbet in both games this week, taking the TAB to 103 from 215 (48%) for the season, and Sportsbet to 100 from 215 (47%) for the season.
