2016 - Round 17 Results - Not Enough Upsets

Another loss this week, in fact the worst in a single round this season, as the losses from the Head-to-Head Fund's 1 from 5 and the Line Fund's 3 from 6 couldn't be overcome by the Overs/Unders Fund's profit on a 4 from 5 performance.

All up, the Head-to-Head Fund dropped by 9.5c, the Line Fund by 4.8c, while the Overs/Unders Fund rose by 5.2c. That meant the Overall Portfolio fell by 4.7c, leaving it up by 13.7c on the season.

The loss would have been significantly smaller had the Crows not failed to cover the spread in their game by just a point and a half - but would also have been a little worse had the total score in that game been just a point less.

As ever, swings and roundabouts ...
